I buy mussels, oysters, I buy canned crab. I buy canned mackerel. Yes of course I buy fresh but nothing wrong with canned either. It’s affordable and best of all tastes great. These were excellent and we could not wait to make them again!This was 1 small can of sardines in tomato sauce I bought at Dollarama. Take a bowl with some flour, parsley, garlic/onion powder, & cayenne. Mix together. Take sardines one by one and coat very well in flour mixture. Once all are coated.Deep fry about a minute per side take out and put on paper towel, flip. Salt. PlateI served with a side of tartar sauce
