Chili Pepper Spareribs Leave a Comment / Pork / By Amanda and Tim / December 23, 2019 February 10, 2020This is my take on one of my favorite childhood dishes from my favorite restaurant, House of Lam in Moncton, New Brunswick!Pork ribsSoya saucefresh ginger & garlicOnion & PeppersThai chilisSalt/pepperI cook them a tad first with salt/pepper with big chunks of ginger and soya sauce. I then add the onions and garlic. Cook for a bit longer.Then they go in oven at 450. Turning them frequently. I add peppers just before done. Maybe last 10 minutes in oven. Cook rib dish til nicely browned. Dig in, these are awesome!
