Been processing it all day. I used a lot of broccoli in this recipe. We made a big batch. I like to use a little vegetable oil along with some sesame oil. Fry up the meat, onions, garlic, soya sauce, fresh green peppercorns on high heat. For a couple minutes.Add the broccoli, 1/2-1CUP beef broth depending on how much sauce you like. I thicken this with a cornstarch/water mixture.We serve over rice!
