Usually some thyme & rosemary.I pan fry up 4 sausages out of the casing with onions, garlic, salt & pepper. Til down. Drain any grease.Then mix the sausage mixture with the biscuit mix. Bake same as your recipes states.I got this Cast Iron Oyster Pan for Christmas. I love it. I’ve already used it 4 times. Love this cast iron oyster pan it can be used for a variety of things!
