These can totally be done without the Chilis but we prefer everything. Prawns Inch long green onions Sliced mushroomsThai Chilis with stem removedThese were done small, as an appetizer for Christmas Eve snacks.Add everything in bowl, plus add some garlic & sesame seeds. 1TSP each Hoisin, brown sugar, oyster sauce, soya & sesame oil. Mix well. Refrigerate for a couple hours.Get your bowl out and skewer them up. We like to put one piece of each one on.Grill with a little bit of Vegetable oil high heat couple minutes per sideWe eat the whole skewer at once the flavours of all four are just great together. I made these for Christmas Eve snacks along with a bunch of other stuff. We love this!
