Herbed Dough Leave a Comment / Breads / By Amanda and Tim / January 3, 2020 January 18, 2020I had some left over Pizza dough I wanted to use up. My red bowl has:Melted ButterGarlic choppedJalapenos finely choppedOnions finely choppedItalian spiceRosemaryCrushed chilisParmesanRoll out the dough. I made it into a rectangle. Roll it up like a cinnamon bun. And cut in 3/4″ pieces. I take each rolled piece and put in my hand and make a ball with it. I spray a cast iron skillet with non stick spray and start throwing the circles of herbed Dough around skillet. They don’t necessarily need to be touching. As they are going to rise again and get bigger.Once all dough is in skillet. Cover with a dish towel and let rise til doubled. Bake 400F about 20 minutes. Til fluffed and nicely browned. Great with pastas, soups, or to dip into dips. Or to just eat as it. Enjoy
