Then throw all in a bowl together.1/4TSP each of salt, pepper1TSP each of parsley, thyme, rosemary, & garlic powder. 2TBSP of olive oil or vegetable oil.Mix everything really well. The potatoes/turnips stick together so take them all apart and make sure all sides are covered in deliciousness!Place in your baking dish of your choice. I used a cast iron skillet. Bake 350 about 30-40 minutes until potatoes soften and edges brown. You cant even tell there’s turnip in it! Tastes excellent.My kids prefer this to get crispier so I do leave mine in longer to get darker and crisp up like chips. Some would like it this way, however some would not!
