Some like them cut in thinner discs and some prefer it all cut up in pieces. Do whatever is easier for you and what you prefer.Salt, pepperCouple tablespoons of parmesanTSP of thyme3-4 cut garlic cloves, we love garlic. We put a lot of garlic in everything. If you only want 1-2 cloves. That’s fine Mix 2TBSP of olive oil or Vegetable oil with all the above in a bowlNow baste the crap out of that Cauliflower hehehe. Getting in all the nooks and crannies.Bake 350 about 30-35minutes.
