Fruity Bran Loaf Leave a Comment / Breads / By Amanda and Tim / February 8, 2020 February 7, 20201 1/2CUPS all bran cereal1/2CUP sugar1CUP Raisins1/2CUP dehydrated blueberries (or other dried fruits)1 1/2CUPS mik1 1/2CUPS All Purpose Flour1TSP Baking Powder1CUP chocolate we used left over Christmas ChocolatesAdd the All Bran, sugar and raisins/blueberries into a mixing bowl. Add the milk and mix well.Leave to soak for 1 hourPreheat oven to 350FLine or grease a loaf pan.Add the flour and fold into the soaked ingredients. Add in your chocolate, mix.Pour into the loaf tin and even out.Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.I doubled this recipe, one loaf for the freezer. Packed full of fibre and tastes great!
