20 golden Oreo double stuffed (can use regular flavour oreos if you prefer) 1/2CUP cream cheese 1 Ruby Cocoa Bean Chocolate Bar 1/2CUP white chocolate chips white sprinkles (optional)
Now take your Oreo mixture and roll into a heaping Tablespoon balls should get roughly 25 balls. Place on a baking sheet. Once all balls are made. We pop the cookie sheet in freezer for about 20 minutes. Makes rolling them in chocolate so much easier. Chocolate also hardens faster on them which means you get to try them out quicker hehehe. When their almost done in freezer you can prep your chocolate. You can use a double boiler to melt chocolate but I prefer to melt chocolate in microwave, it’s much faster. We microwave 25 seconds at a time, stirring each time til melted. Doesn’t take long, you don’t want to burn the chocolate.
We find it’s easiest to using a fork. Put couple balls at a time in the chocolate, turning them around quickly and taking them out with a fork. Tapping fork a little on side of bowl to remove excess chocolate from balls. Place back on cookie sheet. If you want you can sprinkle little bit of sprinkles on top. Continue until all are coated with chocolate. Put in fridge and let set for about 15minutes. We know your not gonna wait that long lol. Enjoy!
