Add the flour mixture in three separate additions, alternating with the milk and ending with the flour. Toss the strawberries with 2 teaspoons each of sugars and flour, set 1/2 cup of the berries aside. Add the remaining berries to the batter and mix with a spatula until evenly distributed. Do not overmix.
Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, I used my cast iron pan. They will be very full. Scatter the reserved berries evenly over the muffins.
Bake for about 30 minutes, until lightly golden and a tooth pick comes out clean. Run a sharp knife around the top edge of each muffin to free it from the pan, then let the muffins cool in the pan for about 25 minutes. Transfer the muffins to a rack to cool completely.

Well this recipe turned out great! Always goes quick with my helper hehehe. Ingredients: 4CUPS milk chocolate (chocolate chips, or random/left over chocolate is what we used) 1/2CUP each peanut butter & Nutella 1 can sweetened condensed milk 2TSP vanilla extract Toppings : Sea Salt & Thai Chili’s Chopped Roasted Peanuts
You can use whatever pan you want. Loaf pan if you want a large piece to cut thin, cupcake pan, 9×9 pan, cast iron pan whatever. I like to use a little bit of parchment on the bottom but non stick spray works good too.
Melt your chocolate, peanut butter, Nutella and sweetened condensed milk over low heat til melted and smooth. You can you use a double boiler if your not comfortable doing chocolate right on stove, or you can do this in the microwave (taking out every minute and stirring til all melted)Once all melted remove from heat and stir in vanilla til combined.
Pour into your prepared pans with spatula, and smooth around til pretty even. The fudge is excellent just like this! But we like to do a couple different flavors. We top some with cut up Thai Chili’s and Sea Salt. And others with chopped roasted peanuts. After you sprinkle toppings onto, you slightly smooch it into the fudge. Then make a couple with no toppings. Lucky thinks he’s getting some, sorry dude none for you! Momma give him some cheese hehehe
Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes. I use a butter knife and slide it all around the edge of the pan to loosen fudge, and it pops right out.
Cut into desired sizes. Fudge is Rich, so we find you don’t need a big piece. But you know your going back for a second one anyway haha. Their going fast! Store in air tight container in fridge.
Do you want to make some very tasty ham and cheese Perogies? Try this wonderful and easy recipe today! Just follow the step by step guide below to make this great recipe today.
Ingredients: 4CUPS flour 1TSP salt 1CUP warm water 2 eggs 4TBSP oil Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Beat the eggs with water & oil. Then add to flour mixture. Mix to combine. Knead til smooth. Cover, let rest for an hour. Makes roughly 60 perogies depending on the side.
The kids love helping out in the kitchen. I love when they want to learn new skills. Our filling ingredients: 5CUPS mashed potatoes 3CUPS cheddar 2CUPS finely chopped ham (can use bacon) Salt, pepper 1/2CUP dehydrated minced onions All mixed together very well in a big bowl. Love this perogie maker we purchased it brand new at value village for 2.99$.
I divide the dough into four pieces. Roll out each piece 1/8inch thickness. I use a perogie maker but you can just cut out circles with a cookie cutter or glass. Put about 1 good TBSP filling in each perogie. Use the perogie maker to roll another layer of dough over top. This maker works pretty awesome. If your just using cookie cutter flip over top and pinch all around to close up.
Place in boiling water for just a couple minutes. When they float to the top they are done. You can eat them just like this, or go the next level and fry them up like we do. You can fry them with butter, or oil or non stick spray whatever you prefer. When we make these we freeze lots. I lay out a single layer on a silicone sheet on a cookie pan and place in freezer. Takes about 30 minutes or so. Then I throw them in a freezer bag. They do not stick to each other this way. I do not precook the ones I freeze.
The Finished Perogies After Being Fried
We like sour cream and some green onions with ours. Everyone is different, the toppings are endless what you can have. What do you like on your perogies?
Lucky saids oh ya, potato, cheese, ham, & sour cream hand it on over lady hehehe
Love this! Makes pretty nice size ones, they all come out perfect.

This is a simple guide on how to make cured egg yolks to make them ready to be used in recipes. If they are properly cured, they will last for a while if kept in the fridge. Read the steps below to get started.
Pulse half and half sugar & salt in a blender. Depending on how many egg yolks and the pan size you are using, the salt/sugar content varies.
Place about 1CM (0.5″) of salt/sugar mixture on the bottom of your pan/container. I use the back of a spoon to make wells in the mixture so the yolks fit in nicely. Separate the eggs and make sure to get rid of all the whites, then put each egg yolk into a well. Continue this until you are done all yolks. Next, cover all of the egg yolks completely with the mixture. Store in fridge for 6-7 days to allow the egg yolks time to cure. After waiting 6-7 days the egg yolks can be removed from the mixture. Some use a cloth to clean off the excess mixture, but I prefer to put them under slow running water.
How the Cured Egg Yolks Look after curing
These are excellent, rich, creamy, and are great in recipes as they are now or continue on to the next step to finish the curing process. I will use a couple of these egg yolks for a recipes now.Next, I put the egg yolks out onto a pan and bake at 175F for about 2 hours. If stored in fridge, they will last for a couple months. Some say longer, but they never last in this house! Anyone else make cured eggs yolks at home?
We like to buy our egg in bulk from Costco , they have excellent prices on eggs.
