Turkey Chili
1 cut onion
cut celery, mushrooms, jalapenos, garlic, pepper.
Can of corn
Can of kidney beans
Can of tomatoes
Can of tomato sauce
Avacado oil, & turkey fat
Turkey stock
4TBSP chili powder
2TSP ground cumin
1TBSP Pakrika
Crushed chilis
1TSP of dried oregano & cayenne
1/4TSP cayenne pepper
1/2TSP salt, plus more to taste
1/4TSP cayenne pepper

Wow this was a first and it’s not going to be a last! Just awesome. Great way to use up some turkey leftovers.
Turkey Soup with homemade herbed egg noodles
1 onion chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
2 cups frozen peas & carrots (normally I’d just put in peas. But I didn’t have any)
2-3cuos turkey
2+CUPS turkey stock or chicken
Dried thyme, salt, & pepper
Fresh rosemary, thyme & sage
I have pictured 2 potatoes but decided to make egg noodles to go in instead.
2CUPS flour
3 egg yolks
1 egg
2TSP salt
1/4-1/2CUP milk
Rosemary & thyme
Add dry ingredients together.
Add wet ingredients together.
Add wet ingredients to dry. Mix well and knead for a bit.
Turkey Pies
2CUPS frozen green beans
1CUP sliced celery
2/3CUP butter
1 chopped onion
2/3CUP all-purpose flour
1TSP salt & pepper
1/2TSP celery seed, onion powder, & Italian seasoning
1 3/4CUPS chicken broth
1 1/3CUPS milk
4CUPS cubed cooked turkey meat

Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Put the peas and carrots, green beans, onions, and celery, butter into a saucepan.
