Another sirfry! We love our vegetables, my kids love their vegetables. We eat a lot of vegetables, I make a lot of Stir-Fry’s. This was has. Teriyaki Pork big chunks (normally I make a teriyaki sauce, today I used a bottled sauce) Green & white onions Garlic, ginger & Chili’s Green peppers, broccoli, & pepper (I used yellow) I used four canned good. Chowmien (sorry I don’t always have fresh) Bamboo shoots Water chestnuts BabycornI start with the pork in an oiled high heat pan. Brown for a couple minutes, then I add the white onions & carrots cook little more.Then I throw remainder of vegetables minus the canned ones. Cook few more minutes. I add about 1CUP water and couple TBSP of soya sauce. I thicken this with a cornstarch/flour mix. Then add in all the canned vegetables. Stir. Top with some toasted sesame seeds.We eat this over rice. Normally japanese sticky rice is our favorite.
Mix the sauce all together. Mix the balls all together. Put the balls in casserole dish and pour over sauce. Bake 350 about 30 minutes. Depending on oven and size of balls.
Ground beef Onion & jalapeno Mushrooms & peppers black olives & garlic Stewed tomatoes, tomato soup & blended sundried tomatoes Italian spices & crushed Chili’s Cheese, marble, cheddar & Velveeta is what I used.Fry up the ground beef, add the onion, jalapeno, pepper & garlic. Cook for a bit.Add the mushrooms, stewed tomatoes along with Italian spices & crushed Chili’s. Cook for a little bit. Then add in tomato soup, olives & sundried tomatoes. Combine. Then add in cheese stirring til all melted in.Stir in cooked pasta , enjoy! This will vary because of the different vegetables you will use and different cheese. It’s never the same. I like to throw this and that in using left overs from fridge and creating new dishes. This one is a keeper, both kids wanted a second bowl!
Spaghetti noodles I used 2 -475ml of half & hlf Onions, dehydrated mushrooms & garlic Parsley Cut chicken thighs with salt/pepper I used exra old white cheddar in this one Frozen peas FlourPan fry up the chicken, onions, mushrooms & garlic. I add about 1/2CUP flour to this, stir well and cook for a couple minutes. I add the milk bring the heat up to light boil. Stirring til nicely thickened. I add on the peas, parsley and some more salt/pepper to taste, turn to low heat and cook til peas are done.Serve with your favorite pasta and salad. Lucky saids, I’m here, and ready :0)
