About 8 cups corn flakes 1/3cup of butter (or margarine), peanut butter & Nutella Bag of mini marshmallowsMelt the the butters & nutella then add 3/4 bag of marshmallows. Melt low heat til combined. Remove from heat. Add cornflakes. Mix well.I spray a casserole dish with some pam and layer bottom with remainder of marshmallows. I then smooch the warm cornflake mixture into dish. Let cool for an hour, flip to remove. Cut into squares. Enjoy :0)
This dish was excellent, we enjoyed it. I can’t wait to make again. Chicken thighs Cut White onions Lots of tumeric Curry Chili paste Chili powder Cumin & Coriander Salt/pepper Garlic & ginger Paneer cheese VH mango curry bottle Tomato sauce I’m not shy with the spices! Now take your hands and massage all that goodness all over the onions and chicken!I didn’t have any chili paste so made my own with fresh Chili’s and water in a coffee grinder. Can’t get much fresher then that. Now take all those yummy spiced onions and shove them under the chicken thigh skins nicely.Fry skin side down to get a nice color on thighs. I had a cooked green mixture in fridge I wanted to throw in (garlic, onion, spinach, & arugula) so used this as well.Looks at those! YummoAdd the greens if you have some, tomato sauce, & VH bottle along with some cut up paneer cheese. Bake 350 about 30 minutes. Depends on your oven and size of thighs. Served with garlic naan and basmati rice.
Simple, yet some tasty. A lot of people like to use panko. I do. But I prefer cornflakes. 3 bowls. 1. Flour, salt, pepper, Cayenne (if you like a bite) 2. Beat egg 3. Crushed cornflakes and coconut Drunk. 1, 2, 3.Here I used Halibut & PrawnsDeep fry. I serve with Thai Chili Sauce.
This was just over 1 cup of mashed potatoes, half cup cut ham (or bacon), 3/4CUP of grated mozza, salt, pepper, minced onions, garlic powder, green onions cut, & parsley. Mix well.A little sticky but I was still able to make balls with them. I use 3 bowls. 1.flour, salt & pepper 2. Beat eat 3. Crushed cornflakes Roll the ball in bowls 1, 2 & 3.I like to pat them down a little bit to make a patty but you can leave them in balls. I also sprinkled with cayenne but not needed.Deep fry, you’ll wish you had made more!
One of our favorite soups, so simply, cheap, gets devoured fast! 3 large eggs, beaten 4 cups chicken stock 1TBSP cornstarch 1/2TSP grated ginger 1-2TBSP soy sauce 3 green onions cut 1/4TSP white pepper 3/4 cup mushrooms I put some bokchoy in this one to add some color and flavour. Add everything to pot but eggs and cornstarch. Bring to light boil til mushrooms are cooked. Doesn’t take long. Stir in beat eggs. I sometimes thicken it with cornstarch and sometimes I don’t want it like that. This time we didn’t thicken it.
