And although I do prefer it with puff pastry. This really is just as good! My mother gave me this non stick copper pan before I left for Alberta. She had it for about 20 years and I’ve had it for 15. Still an awesome pan!Brie with the top cut off, topped with fresh raspberries. Baked til melted. Serve with some baguettes.
