Keeps all the flavour in and bonus less dishes.Cut top off, and gutt seeds out. I normally just put 1/4CUP butter, salt, pepper & couple TBSP brown sugar. Put top back on bake 350 for an hour. This time I added my herbed butter in that had thyme and rosemary in it.Once cooked take a spoon and carefully stir around all squash/butter mixture together. You’ll like it!
