Fill it with sausages, cut small sweet pumpkins into 4 discs, cut onions, cut peppers in half, celery & carrots on bigger chunks. Cut jalapenos length wise and then in half.Add in Vegetable oil, Italian spices, rosemary, lots garlic, salt & pepper. Mix this into everything.I use my cast iron pizza pan. I lay out the 4 pumpkin discs first. I fill with 2 sausages each. Then start filling the pan and holes with the remainder of vegetablesDoesn’t that look so pretty?!Well it does taste as good as it looks!Serve with a side of Mash. Lucky awaiting for his plate :0)
