Pizza dough half to 3/4 pound ground beef 1 onions (optional) 4-6 cloves garlic 1 jalapeno (optional) Container of mushrooms (optional) 1TBSP Italian spice I can tomato sauce 1 container/jar of pizza sauce Ball of fresh mozzarella sliced 2CUPS grated mozzarella You want lots of sauce and lots of cheese. Fry up everything in your frying pan once meat is browned add in your sauces and mushrooms. Combine well and cook on low heat til mushrooms are cooked.
I like to use my deep 10 1/4inch skillet sprayed with non stick spray. Put your pizza dough in bringing up the dough all the way up the sizes. Doesn’t have to be all the way up cause it’s going to rise so more. Add in a bottom layer of cheese on the bottom. Then top with your Hamburg mixture then top with rest of chese. We always have atleast a cup of filling left that I normally use to made pizza bombs with.We let rise on counter for about another half hour.Bake in preheated oven at 425F roughly 25-30minutes
We don’t let it cool for too long, we dig right in
We only need one piece, it’s all you need! Thin crust is our favorite but we enjoy having this from time to time, it’s delicious. Let us know what you think.
1CUP ketchup Can of pineapple, sliced All juice from can of pineapple 1/2CUP brown sugar 2TBSP soya sauce Garlic 4-6 cloves 1-2TBSP Vegetable oil 1 large onion diced (optional, we like it in there) Diced Thai chilis (optional) Sliced green onions to throw on when done (optional) Box of meatballs or homemade cooked ones This sauce recipe can be cut in half but we like our sauce :0).
We like to use our Cast iron wok for this dish but any larger skillet and or pan will work. Get your wok nice and hot, add your vegetable oil, onions, garlic, and some Thai Chilis (we reserve some to throw on-top when done). We stir fry for a couple minutes til onions start to soften. Then I add in cooked meatballs stir all around. Cook another few minutes
Then add everything else in, minus the pineapples. Mix well, cook for a couple of minutes til sugar is dissolved and sauce thickens. Stir in your pineapples now. Some thicken this with a cornstarch/water mixture but we don’t find its needed.
When done we throw some fresh sliced Thai Chilis and cut green onions on.
We eat this with some sticky rice. This is an excellent sweet n Sour sauce and if you want a little bite to it, you can add the thai chilis! Let us know what you think!
When you sold your BBQ and in the process of moving, inside steaks on the cast grill work just fine!! We like to get the grill smoking hot. And brush with oil of your choice. We marinated steaks with some soya sauce on each and Montreal steak spice. Simple. Did that a few hours before cooking. We cook roughly 3-4 minutes per side.
We like to get the criss cross on it but you don’t have to get all fancy hehehe. After your 4 minutes per side. Take off heat and let rest for 10 minutes or so before cutting. We like to slice up before it goes on the plate so it’s all ready to eat :0). How do you enjoy your steaks? What do you marinate yours with?
I call this a cheater recipe. Normally I make this with a roux. Today I wanted it simple and to try something new. Everyone loved it so it was a win win. 2 can of cream of mushroom soup 2CUPS sliced mushrooms (optional) 1CUP meat broth 3/4CUP sour cream Meatballs Parlsey to garnish
I served this with some gsrlic mash, boiled turnips & carrots along with some stuffing. It was excellent, please let us know what you think!

How to Make Philly Cheese Steak Fried Wontons
I pan fry with olive oil, onions and peppers first then add meat as the Vegetables take a longer time. Cook onions til softened then add in your meat. Stir fry til done.Get everything all prepped and ready. I use a damp cloth to cover wrappers so they don’t dry out while preparing them all.
Once your meat mixture has cooled. Mix in your grated cheese.I like to put the glue down on wrappers before I put the mixture in. Once mixture is on a few of them, I put about 2TBSP filling in each. I start bringing all the edges to the center and smooch together. I may need a little more glue to seal some egdes
Once all are made. Deep fry 375F, I do about 3minutes per side.
Lay out on paper towel once fried to remove all excess oil.Lucky saids give hehe! Sorry dude, this is too much for you. But when I have a bite you’ll get a piece lol
