This was so fun. Took me some time to get all the ingredients together. We loved every dish.I’m not going to explain recipes. As I used and followed all the recipes on the boxes. These meals are so affordable and if your looking for something a little different with excellent flavours. I’d try some Indian cooking.Although this maybe not quite how someone else would make these dishes it is how I prepared themThey are all ready for the ovenLucky saids bout time, I’ve been waiting all day lol Served with some naan and rice
When I make Salisbury steaks I do about 20 of them and freeze raw til needed. Makes for a fast meal. These are so flavourful, hubby, the kids and I love this. Salisbury steaks 1/2 onion white cut small 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1 lb/500g ground beef 1 garlic clove minced 1 egg beat 2TBSP ketchup 1/2TSP Worcestershire sauce 3TSP dijon mustard OR 2TSP dry mustard powder Mix all together make patties. I usually make this recipe times four. I lay out all the patties on a cookie sheet and put in freezer to freeze. When frozen I take them out and throw them all in freezer bags. Put back in freezer. This is so that don’t stick together while in there.
Take the burgers out and fry them up in pan. When cooked remove from pan and set aside. Til onions are cooked and mushrooms are soft. Stir in the flour til well combined. Add your stock bring heat up to a boil, stirring frequently til thickened. Add on your mustard, Worcestershire sauce & salt/pepper. Reduce heat and add back in your burgers. Serve over a lump of mashed potatoes.Lucky saids Peak a Boo haha.
