This is one of my favorite bagels to make!
Jalapeno Cheddar bagel toasted
Extra old Cheddar (red container, love this stuff!)
Thinly sliced cucumbers, & red onion
Slice of ham, or turkey, or fish, or egg
Top with extra old white, salt and pepper!

Tim enjoys this for lunch. The kids love it too! I love raw red onions. What do you like to put on your bagels? Were always looking for something new!
