Cheese logs, balls are expensive to buy! I always have cheese in the house and normally a big variety. Were always finding a deal or clearance on cheese!
4TBSP herb garlic cream cheese
4TBSP each extra old white & harvarti
TBSP chopped garlic
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Parsley
Chili flakes
Italian spice
Mix well until all incorporated

I put in saran wrap and shape once it’s in there. I place in fridge for atleast 4 hours. I take out and smooch it down into some slivered almonds and cranraisins.

Its funnier and well just tastes better making your own. Knowing it isn’t filled with all these extra fillers.
