Spaghetti noodles
I used 2 -475ml of half & hlf
Onions, dehydrated mushrooms & garlic
Parsley
Cut chicken thighs with salt/pepper
I used exra old white cheddar in this one
Frozen peas
Flour

Pan fry up the chicken, onions, mushrooms & garlic. I add about 1/2CUP flour to this, stir well and cook for a couple minutes.

I add the milk bring the heat up to light boil. Stirring til nicely thickened. I add on the peas, parsley and some more salt/pepper to taste, turn to low heat and cook til peas are done.
