Good way to go threw the fridge, see what you have, and what you can come up with. Left over roast chicken roughly 2CUPSLeft over roasted veggies 2CUPS(mine were onions, celery, carrots & red cabbage)Left over broccoli potato soup, use a cream of broccoli if you want 1-2CUPSCheese. 1CUP Whatever melting cheese you have in the fridge. I used grated mozza, some Bocconcini and Parmesan.I mix everything together, reserving some of the cheese for the top.Pour in a casserole dish! Top with remaining of cheese.Chicken, and cheese, do I smell chicken? I’m just going to sit right here Lucky saids lolI’m still sitting pretty way way back here, mom you see me.
