If your looking for a cake to try out, this should be one of them.1/2CUP sour cream1CUP buttermilk or mik3 large eggs1 1/2CUP strong hot coffee or sub milk or water3/4CUP vegetable oil 1TBSP vanilla extract3CUP all-purpose flour2 2/3CUP granulated sugar 1/2CUP cocoa powder 1 1/2TSP baking powder 1TBSP baking soda 1TSP kosher salt Spray 3 eight inch cake pans (really should use these pans, I used loaf pans as I had a certain plate I wanted to use). Put dry ingredients into the bowl and whisk to combine.Add the wet ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together.Add the wet ingredients the dry ingredients. Whisk to combine then mix for two minutes.Put batter evenly in the three pans and bake for about 35-40 minutes at 350F (176C) or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.Allow time to cool for 10 minutes then invert onto wire racks to cool fully.
