3TBSP flour
2CUPS milk (roughly)
1 can peas, half drained
1 can salmon undrained
Salt/pepper
Make a roux in the pan. Melt your butter, add your flour, stir well. Cook couple minutes.
I put the juice from salmon, half the juice from peas in measuring cup and finish off with milk til I reach 2CUPS.

Everyone else make creamed peas on toast at home?
