I like to use my deep 10 1/4inch skillet sprayed with non stick spray. Put your pizza dough in bringing up the dough all the way up the sizes. Doesn’t have to be all the way up cause it’s going to rise so more. Add in a bottom layer of cheese on the bottom. Then top with your Hamburg mixture then top with rest of chese. We always have atleast a cup of filling left that I normally use to made pizza bombs with.We let rise on counter for about another half hour.Bake in preheated oven at 425F roughly 25-30minutes
We don’t let it cool for too long, we dig right in
We only need one piece, it’s all you need! Thin crust is our favorite but we enjoy having this from time to time, it’s delicious. Let us know what you think.
