Cook on low med heat with some sugar until they become translucent. Take out of pan, removing any liquid and put them in a bowl giving them a light coating of sugar. Put on dehydrating trays. I used Dehydrating sheets also as I had some small pieces.Dehydrate 145F 8-10hours. I flip half way threw. Dehydrating times will vary. You can eat just as they are. We love these in our tea! Love our dehydrator! It’s half the price to leading brands but works just as good.
