I love Dehydrating garlic! Some say it’s too strong for inside the house, we don’t find. We love it. These are sliced with my food processor. Which I do the most with the garlic.Lay out on dehydrating sheets. Dehydrate at 135F for about 8-10 hours.10lbs dehydrated sliced garlicIve been making my own garlic powder for years.
