I fry up some ham in pan. I scramble up some eggs in the pan. I normally make the hollandaise sauce but today I used a package and made that. I grated some mozza and made some pizza dough. Store bought if fine as well. Are you gonna throw me a piece or what?! He Saids LOL

What a cutie, awaiting very patiently laying by the fire. Spread the pizza dough out on your pan. Spread hollandaise sauce over. I save some for top. Top with scrambled eggs, ham cheese and some parsley. Bake 425 about 25 minutes.Once done I drizzle some more hollandaise ontop. Lucky ready to dig in! If you like eggs Benedict you better get on this recipe.
