It has been a long day! I’m tired. Tonight, is a cheater meal.
I used a bottle of Vodka Sauce, cooked Penne. Mixed together together in pan til heated.

I put arugula on the bottom of my plate and on top along with some cheese.
Lucky is just going to sit right there and wait. His turn.

Just sometimes, I don’t feel like cooking meat. This was one of those days!
Pretty simply dish.
Broccoli, onions, garlic & ginger
Sesame seeds & oil
Soya sauce

Add sesame oil broccoli, onions, garlic & ginger. Cook til broccoli almost tender. Add couple TBSP of soya sauce & sesame seeds. I thicken this with cornstarch/water mixture.
Serve this with rice
