Salmon cubed

I put all the salmon in a bowl added some fresh lemon, & a lemon dill spice. Set that aside.
I made halibut two ways. Savoury and spicy.
Halibut with cut apples, red onions, Vegetable oil, thyme, fresh lemon, salt & pepper mixed on a plate and set aside.
Halibut marinated in my homemade chili garlic sauce. With cilantro and fresh lime added. Put in bowl with some cut Chilis. Mix and set aside

I used my Nordicware indoor non stick grill top for my stove. With a little bit of Vegetable oil. It cooks alot at once, cooks evenly. I love it.
