Ingredients: 2CUPS all purpose flour 4TBSP sugar 1TBSP baking powder 1TSP salt Mix all of the above in a bowl. Cut in 5TBSP margarine or butter til resembles a nice coarse crumble & then mix in 3/4CUPS milk. Add a can of Pineapple cut, drained and squeezed of it’s juices and Half jar marashino cherries cut up. Mix to combine.

Get your oil nice and hot to 350F I like to fry about 4-5 minutes. Turning frequently. To get an even color on all sides.
