Thinly sliced pork with some soya sauce
Julienne carrots, garlic, ginger celery
White onions
Green onions
Broccoli

Fry up the meat, add the white onion, Celery, garlic, ginger. Add 1TBSP of oyster & hoisin sauce, broccoli table spoon of my chili sauce, Chilis, mushrooms. 1/2CUP water. I thicken this with a cornstarch/water mix. Right when done I throw green onions on.

Serve with your favorite rice or noodles. Eating just the stirfry is excellent also.
