Pork rub:
1TSP paprika
1TBSP brown sugar
1TSP garlic powder
1/2TSP cayenne
1/2TSP onion powder
1/2 TSP dried thyme
1/2 TSP dried rosemary
salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Mix all together well. Dry pork roast with paper towel and rub all those spices into your pork, all over.

1/2 pound ground beef
1/4 pound ground rabbit (sub for ground veal)
1 cup grated peeled potatoes
1/2CUP grated onion
3-5 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2TSP of salt
1/2TSP pepper
1/4TSP each dried savory & sage
1/8TSP ground cloves
Cook all the above in the pan of your choice. Since I make such big batch, I use my turkey roaster to cook everything.
homemade pie crust or store bought is fine
When I make these pies, I do this recipe x4. These pies are excellent and I love to have them on hand in freezer when I’m looking for a quick meal.

3CUPS mashed potatoes with salt & pepper

I then take my thumb and put wells in centre of each ball. I fill well with 1TBSP+ of pork. Pick up each ball one by one, close them up. When I put them back down I pat them to flatten them out. I also put both sides down into flour, shaking off excess flour.

This meal was made for a pot luck dish at our church. Follow this recipe to make your very own ham and cheese sliders tonight for yourself or your family today.

Ham and Cheese Sliders » RecipeCollage.com » March 27, 2025 — Our monthly Potluck time at Church. These got devoured fast. We always like to see what others bring in, its always a fantastic meal, with everyone’s food combined!
The ingredients:
Dinner Rolls 12 pack cut halves
honey ham slices
Swiss cheese we prefer grated but when your feeding a crowd cheese slices work
honey mustard, bottled or make your own
Sesame Seeds

ham and cheese sliders ready to go in the oven — Slice the buns, smear honey mustard all over cut buns. If you prefer just mustard use that. I place 1-2 pieces of ham curled up on each bun on top of the mustard. Top with cheese and salt & pepper. Put bun tops back on. I use a brush and brush honey mustard on top of the buns then top that with some white and black sesame seeds.

ham and cheese sliders finished — Bake 400F for about 10minutes till cheese is melted and tops are browned. Everyone enjoys these sliders.

olive oil
5-7cloves of garlic, minced
4CUPS of mirepoix (onions, carrots, & celery)
2CUPS of additional veggies (peppers, tomatoes, okra)
3TBSP cajun spice
1-2 cans Fire roasted tomatoes
3CUPS chicken broth
10-12 ounce of andouille sausage (half the time I just use regular sausages cut up)
bout a pound raw shrimp, tail off
Saute all the vegetables in olive oil with salt, pepper, minus the okra. Saute for 8-10minutes.
Then add in your tomatoes, Broth, and cajun spice. Light Boil for about 45minutes.
