I like to have a few of these on hands. If ever I’m out of onions, I’ll always have some. I cut them up in various ways, cubed, sliced thin and big. Dehydrate on trays at 135F about 10-12 hours. These are our favorite flavor of pumpkin seeds. I make a few different flavors. cleaned, dried, pumpkin seeds Italian spice Olive oil Parmesan Mix all together. You don’t need much oil like a TSP. But then it all depends on how much seeds your using.Mix all together. Dehydrate 125F about 20-24hoursStore in air tight jar

We eat a ton of garlic in this house! Atleast 5LBS a month. When I find it cheap, I stock up and dehydrate them in a variety of different ways. We love roasted garlic, adds great flavour to recipes. Roast your garlic, your way! You can dehydrate cloves whole. They just take a while. I prefer to take a fork and smooch them all down.Dehydrate on dehydrating sheets. At 135F about 14-20 hours, I flip when about 10 hours in. once done let cool. Break into pieces, and store in air tight container.Love our dehydrator.
