I have about 1 1/2CUPS chopped raw shrimp 1TBSP each garlic, ginger, red onion, green onions & cornstarch Little bit cut up chilis & cilantro (optional) 1 egg Splash of soya sauce, Chinese cooking wine & squeeze of lime Mix all together, very well. I used a teaspoon to put filling on both sides of garlic scape. And all around, kinda enclosing the knot inside. Put in fridge and let marinate for an hour.
Even know Lucky doesn’t like shrimp it doesnt stop him from helping me in the kitchen. Love our Lucky! Pan fry on a non stick surface with some Vegetable oil & sesame oil, just a couple minutes per side is needed.

2 packs of small flour tortillas (8 in each) 1 pound ground meat (we used a habanero ground chicken with mangos, you could use ground pork, beef, even cooked shredded meats would be great as well, fish, shrimp, really the filling is endless) 1 white onion diced 2-3TBSP minced garlic Chilis or jalapenos (optional) 1TSP each taco spice, crushed Chilis, onion powder & onion flaked You can use muffin tins, loaf tins, cast iron pans I’m using. You can even make your own molds out of aluminum foil as well. I like to spray my pans with non stick spray. And smooch the tortillas in each slot. Most tortillas will need to be cut in half or more to fit in your pans, I use scissors works well. 1 pack of tortillas goes a long way. Bake unfilled 425F about 10minutes. Til they are starting to crisp and color.
Fry your meat up in pan til it starts to brown, then add in your onions, garlic, peppers and spices. Cook medium heat til everything is done. I told Lucky we aren’t putting Nachos together for a while, but he insists on sitting there waiting LOL

I like to lay out a bunch of wonton wrappers at once. I make a glue with flour and water. Put little bit of the “glue” in each of the corners. I place about 1TSP + filling in each. I don’t make mine fancy lol, I just bring all my corners up together and smooch them together haha
Deep fry at 375F for about 5-6 minutes. Turn frequently while frying. Fry until nicely browned.
Lay out onto paper towel to remove excess oil. We like these dipped in sweet chili sauce. Great wonton recipe!

Bake 350F 8-12 minutes depending on your oven. Everytime we make cookies, I only ever cook half the batch or less. I like to always portion my cookies out on a sheet pan. Freeze on pan. Takes about a half hour. Then I throw them all in a ziplock bag and store in freezer so when needed I can just take out a couple here and there and they are ready to be cooked!
