Banana Fritters

Banana Fritters » RecipeCollage.com » October 5, 2024
I’ve done deep fried bananas a lot of different ways! This is our favorite. These really are terrific, when your feeling like giving yourself a little treat, you should try it out.
We prefer to use the baby bananas cause they are so sweet and well just delicious. And you can’t beat that nice yellow color right?! Large Bananas work fine though.
You really need a silicone mold for this. I just love this Epicure silicone mold, I use it for a variety of things.
These are great with just the banana in them. But we like to do a couple different flavors.
Smooched Bananas I did 15 small put into my 1 1/2TBSP serving silicone mold.
Should be pretty thick. Little thicker then pancake mix.

We bought this silicone pan second hand. I love it. We use it for a variety of things. You can find it here

I thaw, add the bag with all its contents along with the butter and slow cook at 300F about 4 hours. I baste the chicken about every 45minutes. If using a whole chicken when it starts to darken up, I cut the pieces all apart so they will get a nice color everywhere.
Our pan is just the same!
