We love to dehydrate, and I like to try everything. Making new things is always fun. These were sliced apples and apple peelings (done with an apple peeler) I had a bowl with brown sugar, sugar, and cinnamon.Take the apple slices and push them into the sugar mixture on both sides. Place on dehydrating trays.These ones I put right in the bowl mixed them all around sugar mixture and dropped by clumps onto dehydrating sheets.Dehydrate 145F 6-8 hours, I normally always flip just over half way threw. Orange peels cut thinly. Removing as much white part as possible. Cook on low med heat with some sugar until they become translucent. Take out of pan, removing any liquid and put them in a bowl giving them a light coating of sugar. Put on dehydrating trays. I used Dehydrating sheets also as I had some small pieces.Dehydrate 145F 8-10hours. I flip half way threw. Dehydrating times will vary. You can eat just as they are. We dehydrate just about everything and one thing I love to make is homemade treats for Lucky! Here we have a well washed liver. Cut into small pieces I used a dehydrating sheet, but it’s not needed and they can go right on the rack. Place on rack, dehydrate at 165F about 8 hours. Well we love just about everything I dehydrate but these were some good and with the perfect sweetness. Slice apples, soak in apple juice for 8-10hours atleast. Place on dehydrating trays, Dehydrate at 145F for 6-8 hours. Flipping half way threw.I know we love them! Let us know what you think.Love our dehydrator!
