Brush the crust with the beaten egg. Bake the pie in the oven for 50-55 minutes. Excellent with a little scoop of ice cream. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Thinly sliced pork with some soya sauce Julienne carrots, garlic, ginger celery White onions Green onions Broccoli Mushrooms
Fry up the meat, add the white onion, Celery, garlic, ginger. Add 1TBSP of oyster & hoisin sauce, broccoli table spoon of my chili sauce, Chilis, mushrooms. 1/2CUP water. I thicken this with a cornstarch/water mix. Right when done I throw green onions on.Serve with your favorite rice or noodles. Eating just the stirfry is excellent also.Don’t forget Lucky down there. This was a little experiment. I had a few cups of left over rice. Some veggies, some cheese, stock and viola. It was so good!Pan fried up some broccoli, red onions, chilis, garlic and mushrooms. Cook til tender. I then add about 1/3cup flour. Combine. Cook couple minutes then add about 2cups chicken stock. Bring up heat. Whisking til thickened.I then add my cheese in, stir around til melted. I used 2TBSP of cream cheese, jalapeno harvarti and some extra old whiteShould be melted all nicely and very creamyAdd your cooked rice, mix, Keep stirring til rice heated threw

Take your favorite biscuit recipe. I add to this some spices & chesse. Usually some thyme & rosemary.I pan fry up 4 sausages out of the casing with onions, garlic, salt & pepper. Til down. Drain any grease.Then mix the sausage mixture with the biscuit mix. Bake same as your recipes states.
