We like baked sausages. This dish is so versatile you can literally throw in any Vegetables and it will be good. The vegetables and sausages are always changing so the flavours are always new which makes it an exciting dish.
I like to take a big bowl. Throw everything in there. Your sausages, vegetables. I used asparagus, mushrooms, onions, peppers,garic & squash. Cut stuff into bigger pieces/chunks. Add some vegetable oil. Rosemary, oregano, Italian spice, crushed chilis (optional). Mix it all til well incorporated.
I then pour it all into my cast iron frying pan. Foil and bake 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour. I do stir half way threw. For the last 15 minutes I cook with foil off.

Shrimp Scampi

I like to look in the fridge and see what I have to use and what I could throw into this or that. I like to create new things and new dishes. I’m always combing 2 or 3 recipes to get what I like. Here we have Shrimp Scampi my way.
I take the shrimp and mix it with salt, pepper, garlic, Cajun spice, & fresh parsley. I leave that sit for a bit.
Heat some olive oil up in the pan and add the shrimps, cook. Boil pasta, & drain (saving (1/2cup water). Add pasta to shrimp pan. I add a little oil and some water from cooked pasta.
Right before plating I stir in Arugula. Topped with some fresh Parm and served with a side of Arugula.

Whole mushrooms, onions, peppers celery, garlic, soya sauce and crushed chilis. Done in my cast iron wok with some Vegetable oil

Tim cooked the Ribeyes on the BBQ, which just has some soya sauce and keg steak spice on them. Served with a side of salad.
Love our Lodge Wok! It’s a beast but we love cooking in it. Although this other one at half the price is just as good!

I always cut up 1-2 pieces of bacon very finely chopped and mix into my stuffing. I also always top my stuffing with bacon we well. So all that fat drips down. Not only adding flavour but keeping it moist as the same time. Bake uncovered about 40 minutes

Add a chicken along with what vegetables you are using. I don’t normally put mushrooms with my roast chicken dinner but I like that mushroom flavour It gives to the gravy. So once in a while I add them. Top with some salt, pepper, garlic and thyme. Some rosemary if you want. I also top this with bacon. Who doesn’t want bacon! Baked covered about 1 and half hours.

I normally always leave my skins on for mashed potatoes. Remove the chicken and vegetables. And make a pan gravy with the droppings. I also served with some boiled beets with this too

My local grocery store sells his habanero bacon. I love my spice. I bought it only the once to try as it’s insanely expensive. It was incredible. I was thinking to myself how on earth they can charge so much. For just habanero added in.
I myself dehydrate a lot of stuff and habanero’s is one of them. It’s one of my favorite spices/powder I make.

So I bought the cheapo bacon and sprinkled over my bacon on both sides while I cooked it. Well man, oh man. Why on earth I never think to do such a thing before?! I like spice, my hubby likes spice. My kids love bacon, it was a huge hit!
