2CUPS all-purpose flour 2 1/2TSP baking powder 2TBSP granulated white sugar 2 large eggs 1 1/2CUPS milk
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until completely blended. Add in remaining ingredients and whisk until only small lumps remain.
Spray inside of your rice cooker with non-stick spray, pour the batter in and put on cook setting for about 45minutes. Once done top will bounce back when pushed down. Sides should be realized from the cooker and it should slide out nice!
