Bake covered 325 about 3-5hours depending on the size of your roast. I bake uncovered last 30 minutes or so. Gives the top a nice crisp. Take out of pan and slice.
Dont get rid of all that goodness at the bottom of the pan, skim out as much fat as possible. Put on burner turn up heat, I thickening this with a flour/water mixture.Made a side of green beans and served with some apple sauce. I prefer cranberries with this but it’s nice to change it up from time to time. How do you eat your roast pork?
