You can really use any veggies here. Use what you like!I like to put some veggies right under the chicken. Place Chicken on top.With remaining of vegetables place them all around the chicken.I slow cooked this for a while. Foiled, baked at 250F about 4-5hours. The last hour. I uncovered and cooked at 350F. We like sour cream, salsa and jalapenos on our fajitas.Now load that tortilla up with a little bit of everything! My family enjoy these. Love our cast iron pizza pan!
