When I find it cheap, I stock up and dehydrate them in a variety of different ways. We love roasted garlic, adds great flavour to recipes. Roast your garlic, your way! You can dehydrate cloves whole. They just take a while. I prefer to take a fork and smooch them all down.Dehydrate on dehydrating sheets. At 135F about 14-20 hours, I flip when about 10 hours in. once done let cool. Break into pieces, and store in air tight container. Love our dehydrator. It’s half the price to leading brands but works just as good!
