I dehydrate it, but you can also freeze in small portions.Cut all the tops off leaving the garlic exposed on the top. I don’t bother to put any oil and or salt and pepper it’s not needed! I do sit a piece of foil over the top of garlic. I just sit on there. Roast in oven 400F about 45minutes.Let cool a little and work from the bottom squeeze garlic out of the top. Comes right out nice and easy!
