Stuck in the oval Dutch oven over a bed of onions. Fill the sides with carrots, celery, garlic and spices of your choice. I put some salt, pepper, some thyme and rosemary.Baked covered 350 for 3-4 hours.Remove roast and Vegetables from pan . Make a pan gravy with the drippings. Yummy
