Remove salmon and put in bowl.Sprinkle in Garlic Salt &Black PepperSaute butter the onions & peppers in pan til soften.2TBSP finely diced onions1TBSP red bell pepper, dicedAdd the cooked onions & peppers to salmon. Then add2TBSP panko1 yolk beaten1/2TSP mayoCouple sprinkles of Worcestershire sauce1TSP parsleyMix really well. Make 2 really nice size patties or 4 smaller ones.I like to pan fry in a butter/oil mixture. Til nicely brown and Crisp on both sides. Serve with a slice of lemon and some coleslaw.Fish?! Salmon?!
