I mixed up about 6 tablespoons of softened butter, handful of herbs (parsley, garlic, crushed chilis, & chives), & cheese (I used mozza & Parm) mixed it all up. I dropped chunks on-top of the prawns. Baked under the broiler til cooked & browned. I serve with baguettes. I like to look in the fridge and see what I have to use and what I could throw into this or that. I like to create new things and new dishes. I’m always combing 2 or 3 recipes to get what I like. Here we have Shrimp Scampi my way. I take the shrimp and mix it with salt, pepper, garlic, Cajun spice, & fresh parsley. I leave that sit for a bit. Heat some olive oil up in the pan and add the shrimps, cook. Boil pasta, & drain (saving (1/2cup water). Add pasta to shrimp pan. I add a little oil and some water from cooked pasta. Right before plating I stir in Arugula. Topped with some fresh Parm and served with a side of Arugula. Another late night snack for hubby and I. Prawns with Cajun spice. And ribs marinated in soya and pepper. Pan fried. Til ribs & shrimp done! Cut the ribs up. We enjoyed that!
You know you have a best friend when?! Cheaper gratin right here. Straight from the Kegs freezer to my stove lol 2 orders all portioned out with everything needed for each dish. Fantastic. Yup that was enjoyed. Lucky saids I know I’m cute hahaha I just love my cast iron skewers, super cool! Spicy onion pepper short ribs cut, onions cut, peppers cut in squares, & mushrooms whole. All threw in a bowl with my garlic chili sauce added. Mixed well. Skewer them up, grill. Enjoy
