Shrimp Gratin Leave a Comment / Seafood / By Amanda and Tim / December 17, 2019 February 10, 2020I mixed up about 6 tablespoons of softened butter, handful of herbs (parsley, garlic, crushed chilis, & chives), & cheese (I used mozza & Parm) mixed it all up. I dropped chunks on-top of the prawns.Baked under the broiler til cooked & browned. I serve with baguettes.
