Once out of the fryer lay in a single layer on paper towel, sprinkle with Club House Honey Hickory Spice. I think you’ll enjoy them. Reminded me of my childhood. I haven’t had hickory sticks for a while
Mandolin 2 potatoes, try to pat off excess water off potatoes. Fry in about 2-3TBSP of Vegetable oilMed-high heat. Stirring and flipping should take about take minutesTake out of pan, lay all out on a single layer on a paper towel so release excess oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. We like to dip these in a ketchup hot sauce recipe.
I cut up 8small potatoes with a mandolin.Threw some vegetable oil & Cajun spice on them. Mixed well. You can use any spice you prefer.Pulling apart all pieces of potatoes so everything gets coated nicely. I took 4-5 slices of potatoes and stacked them. Made rows of layered potato chips. Continued til done.I baked at 440F about 30-40minutes.Til nice and crisp like a chip. You should not need to flip them!
You can serve them as a side as is, as a snack with some dips, add some bacon, cheese, green onion and sour cream to them. Or

This is about 1/3 of a fresh mango cut into bite size pieces. Roughly half cup. Sprinkle of salt Sprinkle of crushed chilis Sprinkle of chili powderMix well. We prefer this to sit in fridge over night, better the next day! Sweet with a little spice. Let us know what you think.
I used 8 cut up whole wheat Pitas. 1TSP each of garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, basil, italian spice, crushed chilis, & parsley. I used some fresh rosemary, thyme, & sage. You can change this up any way you like. They taste great with a variety of different spices.I wanted to use some avacado oil this time. I’ll definitely do it again! Sprinkle oil all around. Sprinkle spices (mixed all together in bowl) all around. I used my hands to mix everything really well on all sides.Bake 425 F for 8-10minutes I’m making some hummus for them now.
